Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before proceeding with your purchase of custom-fitted grillz from The Grill Masters ATL. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and returns for our custom-made products:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds can only be requested if you inform us in writing, either prior to the commencement of production or before our team begins working on your order. Once production has started, no return or refund requests will be entertained.

  1. Final Sale Policy:

All sales on custom-fitted grillz are considered final once production begins. This means that once we initiate the manufacturing process based on your order, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted.

  1. Notice Requirement:

If you intend to request a refund, it is your responsibility to notify our personnel in writing, clearly expressing your desire for a refund, and providing all relevant order details. This notice must be submitted prior to the start of production, as stated in Section 1 above.

  1. Acknowledgment of Customization:

You understand and acknowledge that our custom-fitted grillz are tailor-made according to your specific requirements and mold impressions. As such, once production begins, the product becomes uniquely customized for you, rendering it ineligible for return or refund.

  1. No Guarantee of Fit:

While we strive to ensure the best possible fit for your custom grillz based on the mold impressions you provide, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit due to variations in individual mouth shapes and sizes. Refunds will not be granted on the basis of minor fit adjustments required.

  1. Modification or Cancellation:

Once production has commenced, any modification or cancellation requests will be subject to our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny such requests and proceed with the completion of your order without providing any refund or return options.

  1. Compliance with Applicable Laws:

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Grill Masters ATL operates. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
